1. What is the best way to care for your jewelry?

  • Clean gently with a soft 100% polishing cloth to maintain the ideal shine of your jewelry.
  • Try not to wear your jewelry in the shower or pool as the chlorine will tarnish it.
  • Make sure that perfume, body lotion or cream you may have applied is dry before wearing your jewelry.
  • Sterling silver pieces can be cleaned using any of the commercially available anti-tarnish products.
  • Generally avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as household products.




2. Is it safe to mail jewelry?

Our shipments are sent by certified post and are insured until they are delivered.


3. Is shipping free?

Yes we offer worldwide free standard shipment for all orders. An extra express service is available for selected European countries. (See question 5)

7. Am I liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

No, the shipment is insured by DUEROS until it reaches you.

9. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all DUEROS products. DUEROS stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture. Please keep your original receipt for all warranty services which might occur. We kindly agree to repair or exchange any item that we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty explicitly excludes coverage for any wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Repair or service performed by anyone other than DUEROS will immediately void the warranty. 


10. How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Please allow 5 -10 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
