  • Remove jewelry for showering, bathing or swimming
  • Remove jewelry during physical activities such as sports or cleaning
  • Gently clean jewelry after each use or wipe with a soft cloth for optimum shine. Any commercially available silver cleaner can be used. 
  • Jewelry should be stored in air tight jewelry box to avoid oxidation

  • Do you offer warranty for your products?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all DUEROS products. DUEROS strives for highest quality and craftsmanship for each product we manufacture. Keep the original receipt for any warranty issue that might occur. We agree to repair or exchange any item that we determine is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty explicitly excludes coverage for any physical/accidental wear and/or abuse, loss and theft. Repairs or services carried out by third parties other than DUEROS will void the warranty.
  • How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to be processed after reception and inspection of the item(s). Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used at the original purchase.
