RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the product, you may exchange or return it within 30 days from the shipping date. We gladly accept articles free of scratches, wear or other signs of use and with the original packaging. Please contact us by email at info@dueros.com with your order number. 

The return of the products to our warehouse has have to be organized and paid for by the customer. DUEROS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping. 

Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pierced earrings, including earring pendants, are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges due to warranty / quality issues and replacements will be issued by DUEROS using standard shipping services.


REFUND

Please allow our team up to 14 business days from the time you submit your return to receive and process your request.

Refunds or a store credit for returns will be provided once the item has been received and inspected.

Eligible cases will be refunded through the original payment method within 3-7 business days after the product has been inspected and approved by our warehouse.

Shipping costs for express shipments on orders can not be refunded.

We cannot provide refunds to any account other than the original one used to place the order.

 

Any claims arising between buyer and seller will be referred to and finally resolved in the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
